High-Protein Mushroom Protein Pasta

A creamy protein pasta made with mushrooms for a satisfying high protein dinner.

Ingredients

    • 1 pack Chicken of the Woods mycelium mushroom protein

    • 250 g pasta of choice

    • 1 cup unsweetened plant-based cream

    • 1 tbsp olive oil

    • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

    • Salt & pepper

    1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

    2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add mushroom protein.

    3. Pour in plant-based cream and nutritional yeast.

    4. Stir until smooth, add pasta and toss.

    5. Season and serve warm.
