Ingredients

  • 1 pack Chicken of the Woods mycelium mushroom protein

  • ½ cup cooked quinoa

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Olives

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Dried oregano

  • Salt & pepper

  1. Place quinoa in a bowl.

  2. Add mushroom protein, tomatoes and olives.

  3. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle oregano.

  4. Season and mix gently before serving.
