Mushroom Protein Snack Patties

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Chicken of the Woods mycelium mushroom protein

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & pepper

  1. In a bowl, mash mushroom protein lightly with a fork.

  2. Add breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, spices, salt and pepper.

  3. Form small patties with your hands.

  4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  5. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

  6. Serve warm as snacks or with a salad.
