2 packs Chicken of the Woods mycelium mushroom protein

½ cup breadcrumbs

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt & pepper

In a bowl, mash mushroom protein lightly with a fork.

Add breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, spices, salt and pepper.

Form small patties with your hands.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
