  • 1 pack Chicken of the Woods mycelium mushroom protein

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 tsp curry powder

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.

  2. Add curry powder and stir for 30 seconds.

  3. Pour in coconut milk and bring to a gentle simmer.

  4. Add mushroom protein and cook for 10 minutes.
