Ingredients

      • 1 pack Chicken of the Woods mycelium mushroom protein

      • 2 whole-wheat wraps

      • ½ cup plant-based yogurt or vegan mayo

      • 1 tsp mustard

      • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped

      • Lettuce leaves

      • Salt & pepper

    1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, mustard, salt and pepper.
