 Why our ingredient list is deliberately “boring” 

 We keep our recipes short on purpose: whole organic mushrooms first, then only the seasonings and binders strictly needed to make them cook like familiar pieces of chicken or fish. You will not find artificial flavours, colours or hard‑to‑pronounce additives, because our goal is for you to recognise every line and feel comfortable serving it to the whole family. 

 How we choose what never goes in 

 Trust is not just about what’s there, but what’s missing on purpose. This section explains the red lines we have set, no ultra‑processed protein isolates as a base, no hidden animal‑derived ingredients, no gimmicky “health halo” claims that do not match the facts. When something does not fit our real‑food, mushroom‑first logic, it simply does not make it into the recipe.
